About
Finance and IT, in one advisor.
Sunesis Services is led by Bryan D. Wall, a fractional CIO with a background in both strategic finance and information technology.
Bryan D. Wall, founder
Bryan has spent his career where finance and technology meet. In Colorado he ran Network Assurance Incorporated, performing infrastructure audits and pre-sales technical support alongside an accounting software reseller.
Today he works from the Coeur d'Alene area with tax, accounting and financial firms across the Pacific Northwest, and serves as a fractional CIO for growing companies.
That mix shapes the work. Security decisions get framed as business decisions, written so a managing partner can read them, and priced so the firm can plan for them.
Why "Sunesis"
Sunesis is a Greek word for understanding and insight. Good security starts there: knowing how your firm actually works before deciding what to protect and how.
How we work
Plain language
Every finding explains the risk, the rule behind it and the cost to fix.
Fixed prices
You know the cost before we start.
Evidence, not promises
If we say a control is in place, you will have the proof on file.
Next step
Start with a fixed-price diagnostic.
A written gap assessment against the FTC Safeguards Rule and the IRS Security Six, with a prioritized plan to close each gap. $1,200 to $3,500, quoted before we start.
